Kevin Daniels, 39, strives to make sure he keeps an upbeat attitude that spreads to his employees, which is an important reason why in just three years he has turned Daniels Forestry into one of the most respected logging operations in the vicinity of the Black Hills National Forest in South Dakota and northeast Wyoming.
